Focal Lesions/Masses: No well-formed mass lesion is seen.

Left Testis:

Size: [56 × 35 × 32 mm] Volume: 32.61cc. [Enlarged]

Echotexture: Homogeneous with maintained shape & outline. The echotexture is maintained.

Focal Lesions/Masses: No well-formed mass lesion is seen.

Epididymis:

Right: Epididymis appear normal in shape & outline. The Echo pattern is maintained.

Left: Epididymis appear normal in shape & outline. The Echo pattern is maintained.

Scrotal Structures:

Hydrocele: No collection is seen in scrotal sacs.

Scrotal Wall Thickening: Normal [5mm].

Spermatic Cord: Appear normal in shape & outline. No evidence of serpiginous anechoic channels posterolateral (in the region of pampiniform plexus) to testis.

Doppler Evaluation: Testicular Blood Flow- Normal.
